What To Bring With You

Please bring an official Photo ID.

One official photo ID (ex. Driver’s license or passport) must be shown for entry. As long as one guest in the party matches one of the names on the tickets with a photo ID, the rest of the party’s guests are flexible.

Code of Conduct

Important guidelines - please read before you visit!

We are thrilled to welcome guests from around the world to IMAGINARI. To ensure that all guests can fully enjoy their experience, we require that you adhere to the following guidelines:

  • For your safety and comfort, we advise wearing flat, closed-toe shoes.
  • Climbing on any structure in the experience is strictly prohibited.
  • Guests are expected to treat one another as well as our teams with respect and courtesy.
  • Food and beverage are not permitted in the space.
  • While we permit documented service animals, pets and “emotional support” animals are not permitted on the premises for the safety and well-being of all.
  • The safety and enjoyment of our guests and team members is our number one priority. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone.

Tickets

Can I purchase a ticket at the door?

Yes, but we cannot guarantee tickets. We advise buying tickets beforehand to guarantee a viewing time-slot. If there is an availability when you arrive, you may purchase a ticket at our front desk.

Who needs a ticket?

All guests will need a ticket for the experience however, the gift shop is open to the public.

Are there any ticket discounts?

Students and seniors with valid ID receive a 20% discount available online and in-person.

Active Military Service Members and Veterans are entitled to a 20% discount.

What does the ticket include?

Your ticket will grant you one time access to IMAGINARI.

Can I reschedule my ticket?

You are welcome to reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time by selecting the "Reschedule Your Visit" button on your order confirmation email. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your visit, please reach out to Customer Service for available times.

Are tickets transferrable?

Tickets are non-transferrable.

Can I get a refund for my ticket or purchase?

All tickets are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend during your selected date & time, we'd be happy to reschedule your visit within 24 hours of your originally scheduled time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay. Cash is not accepted.

The Experience

How long will my visit take?

Our self-guided experience is designed to last appx. 60 minutes, our team will be available along the way to help answer any questions you may have.

Accessibility and Accommodations

If you or someone in your party requires special accommodations, please contact our customer service at Hello@imaginarico.com to provide advance notice to our staff. Additionally, you can always request support from an on-site manager during your visit as needed.

Can I bring a stroller?

We welcome guests to bring a stroller if desired, please keep in mind that we do not offer a place to store these devices and they must stay with your group throughout the experience.

What is the minimum age requirement for unaccompanied minors?

Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guest aged 16 or older to enter IMAGINARI.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your show time to allow for check-in. If you arrive earlier, we will try to accommodate you if possible. Note your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased. We provide a 10-minute grace period after your 15-minute reservation window; your reservation may be rescheduled at least 24 hours before you arrive, we will do our best to reschedule on the day of or after but can’t guarantee availability as we have a set capacity, and if your spot goes unused, we are unable to refill a ticket. If you miss your time slot on that date, we have the right to deny your entry, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Do you offer coat-check?

We don’t offer coat check currently. Your personal belongings must remain on your person and cannot be left unattended. Please note that backpacks, luggage, sealed boxes, garment bags, bicycles, skateboards, skates, scooters, weapons of any kind, plants, and food, may Not be brought into IMAGINARI.
